so fresh and so clean clean

Well, this is the weirdest post ever, but these are on my mind - a great new recipe and an awesome new shampoo --

I made Emily's "best chicken parm ever" that she recommend on her blog last Monday, and it was really delicious. I love trying new, simple recipes - and this was a perfect fit. My picky, picky husband loved it. Good enough for me! The only difference I found was that I had to bake for 45 minutes (versus 25) before it was cooked through - probably just a difference in our ovens. I also plan to bang on that chicken next time so it's nice and flat so all the goooooood parmesean-sour-creamy-goodness is on every bite.

The details:
You'll need four things - chicken breasts, italian bread crumbs, shredded parmesean (1/4 cup), and sour cream (1/2 cup). Mix parmesean and sour cream. Put chicken in baking dish, top with sour cream/parm mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350, for 25-45 minutes.

Also, I don't typically review things on my blog, but I recently switched out my shampoo & conditioner, and this new product makes my hair so soft, manageable, and pretty that I wanted to share. Not sure how you all pick your shampoos, but I typically pick up the most "cool" looking bottle at the grocery store. I don't read reviews. I don't watch videos. I don't buy stuff at the salon.... that's probably why I am just now finding a good product! haha... Well, go pick this up too if you are in the market for something new: Neutrogena Triple Moisture.

  1. I'm so glad you tried it!! Isn't it so yummy?! And I always buy my "beauty product" by how cool the bottle is, even if it's moisturizer, facewash etc.!!
