#fridayweighin | whoopsies.

Well, crap. This is pretty much my worst week yet.
Even with all the exercise I re-introduced to my body...
I pretty much feel like a failure today.
All my hard work from this fall looks like it was for nothing.
BUT - It's not all negative.
This just drives me to try, try again.
I have simply been eating my feelings during a stressful week...
That stops today.
 
Pounds lost to date: 6.5 pounds
Goal weight: -20 pounds
