God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
I have written about the heartbreak of addiction before. And I will say it again - it is heartbreaking. Since I last wrote about this topic, I have learned a lot more. It is not about me, even though it feels so personal. It doesn't help to get emotional, you must disengage. No matter how much I want something, it has to be their decision.
